Communication noise

Communication is understanding and being understood; and these nuances hide deep oceans of thoughts...

It is so easy to speak that we forget why we speak. Communication is the hardest thing there is.

I can describe in detail what I think and still not be understood. Decoding depends on so many things that it loses potency as soon as it “leaves the mouth”; and when it reaches the “ear”, what was a sea turns into thin rain.

How many times can you decode the speaker's speech?

It's easy to identify with this type of dialogue:

- Collective loneliness is the synthesis of modernity. Do not you think?

- And who is alone?

- You and me!

- But if we're in the same direction, we're not lonely anymore, are we?

- Look dear friend, you just pointed out the complexity of loneliness. That's precisely what fuels loneliness, because we talk to each other and yet you can't understand me and neither can I understand you.

- So who's right: me or you?

- That is the question.

- Can you answer me?

- I would answer if I didn't think it was right and wrong. In the end, an illusion.

- But, one of the two has to be right!

- And once again, I'm alone.

Communication goes far beyond talking and listening. It is to understand and be understood; and these nuances hide deep oceans of thoughts that are difficult to voice.

That doesn't stop us from trying. Thus, from drizzle to drizzle, we overflowed without drowning anyone.
